Meet Radek 

Background

 

      Radek was born in Poland and started his tennis journey there. He was a highly ranked Junior who successfully competed at the highest level National as well as International Tennis Tournaments. He has played in many ITF Futures and ATP Challenger level tournaments. Radek also spent time playing in Professional Tennis Leagues in Germany and Italy. At the age of 21, he received a tennis scholarship offer from the States and left Europe. He competed at the college level and peaked at #2 in the national rankings with the Vanguard University tennis team.

Radek owns a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology Exercise Science and Business.

Radek is recognized for high quality coaching provided during tennis lessons in Santa Monica area.

 

 

Coaching Experience

 

       Radek is a Professional Tennis Registry (PTR) certified instructor with over 10 years of experience teaching around the world in countries like Germany, Italy and Poland.

       After finishing High School, Radek studied at the University of Physical Education (Poznan, Poland), where he earned his National Tennis Instructor License, just before he transferred to College in the United States.

       Radek coached at “UCLA Summer Tennis Camps” with Billy Martin and Grant Chen.

       He also taught a variety of levels and ages in the East Hampton Indoor and Outdoor Tennis Club (East Hampton, NY).

       Radek offers private, as well as group lessons and will be happy to help you improve every aspect of your game.

Meet Kacper

​

Kacper started playing tennis at the age of 4. Ranked top 10 in Poland in singles and in doubles. Traveled the world playing professionally for 8 years, competing in many ITF and ATP tournaments, getting up to  820 ATP ranking in singles, and 660 in doubles in the world. Kacper won a medal in every age category of Polish Championship, with the best result coming in the Under 21 Polish Championships, where he scored gold medal in doubles and silver medal in singles. Lead his hometown tennis team to win 8 National Team Championship titles. He was selected as a member of the Polish National Team. Played in many different leagues in Europe in countries such as: Germany, France and Italy.

Meet Andy

In 2014 Andy was a traveling coach on the ATP Futures Tour for Collin Altamirano, a top US Junior, and helped him reach a career high of #732 in the world. When Andy wasn't on the road, he was coaching competitive juniors at JMG Tennis Academy. Additionally, he was a camp counselor at Nike Tennis Camp at UC Santa Cruz, and an instructor for adults at Tennis and Wine Camps at Whitman College.

 

Playing: Andy competed in the NCAA Division III National Championships 3 times, playing for Whitman College. He graduated in the top 5 in winning percentage in school history. He was also ranked in the top 5 in NorCal in Men’s Open Singles in 2010.

 

While Andy has a lot of experience coaching competitive juniors, he also very much enjoy coaching young children and adults. It's never too early, or too late, to improve your game!

Meet Steve

Steve started playing at the age of 4. He is great coach with big pro and teaching experience. He works great with players of all ages and levels. 

 

Steve was ranked in the top 40 for USTA’s Norcal boys 18’s division,

 

Competed for the Whitman Varsity Men’s Tennis team,

 

2nd team all-conference during 2013 season, 

 

1st team all-conference during 2014 season,

 

1st team All-West region during 2014 season,

 

Honorable Mention All-Division III Team during 2014 season,

 

Hitting partner for Cici Bellis (No. 1 Junior in the World).
